Thank you for visting!

I am Shadman Saqib Eusuf, currently a Ph.D. student in Computer Science, University of Massachusetts Boston (UMass Boston), working with Prof. Tarikul Islam Papon in the Computing Hardware & Large Data Lab (CHiLL). I have research interests primarily in Database Systems and Data Analytics and also in Smart Embedded Systems, IoT and Wireless Communication.

Prior to joining UMass Boston, I was a graduate researcher in the Siebel School of Computing and Data Science, UIUC and served a Lecturer at the Department of Computer Science & Engineering (CSE) in Bangladesh University of Engineering & Technology (BUET) earlier. I completed my M.Sc. and B.Sc. in Computer Science and Engineering degree from BUET under the supervision of Professor Mohammed Eunus Ali. There I worked on trajectory indexing for faster query processing in large spatial and spatio-temporal databases. Outside my work, I enjoy traveling and playing video games.
